This is a new work in progress for me. Yes I was feeling a bit dark and a wee bit pensive... hope you get it. Dreamer's Reality There are day's I sit and wonder, Is this really all there is?... With love and sex and pain and life... Is this all there really is?... I once thought I had found love, wrapped up as a lovely gift. But alas, it belonged to someone else, ... and so it always will. I once thought I found wisdom floating through the amber sky, So brilliant and decadent... I stared and I went blind. I once thought I had found pleasure, filled with fantasy and 'why' But then it was a puppet masquerading as a ... lie. I once felt so accomplished, so feral and so verbose. But then I was forced to wake up and realize... I was alone. And so the tides of question continue to capsize ...and obliterate our optimism our fate and our dull smiles. But for each moment of darkness, there needs to be some light. For without the insistence of balance, ... the scales would have n
